I planted the seed for this flower way back around May - it was my first time trying to grow a flower might I add. I'd recommended the planting activity to my RA and after lots of planning, it happened. I patiently waited for weeks, watering it, watching over it. And finally, months later, after it nearly dying being in the plastic cup it was in, after transporting it into the ground to spread its roots only to be scared again by it being kicked up by someone at a cookout at my house.... it finally bloomed today. I waited, and watched over it and it bloomed into a beautiful bright orange flower. I'm so proud! :')
Maybe this lesson is a metaphor for my life - for life in general!
Never give up.
Or maybe not.
